FIELD: railway and water transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of loading black oil products thickening at low temperatures, such as residual oils. Said device contains vertically installed cylindrical chamber with charging hopper and diffuser head in lower part and confuser head in upper part. Granule baffle is rigidly secured in wider section of confuser head. Water sprayers are secured in wider section of diffuse head. Air duct branching in its lower part into two channels is connected to narrow section of diffuser head. Forced drought fan is installed at inlet of one of channels. Residual oil gradual consists of tank filled with hot residual oil installed on supports. Tank is provided with drain branch pipe in its lower part under which conveyor is installed on posts. Conveyor belt is provided with semispherical cavities. Charging hopper is arranged under conveyor on narrow section of confuser head. Bubbler is installed in lower part of tank over drain branch, and water sprayers are installed over conveyor belt before drain branch pipe. Water sprayers are rigidly connected with conveyor posts.
