FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: process includes mixing of powder of high-temperature superconducting material and pressing of it. Powder composed of (PbxBi1-x)2Ca2Sr2Cu3Ot. is used as powder of high-temperature superconducting material and polychlorinetrifluoroethylene in the amount of 10-25% of mass of composition is taken in the capacity of polymer. Pressing is conducted at 503-523 K and pressure of 96-230 MPa for the course of 5-30 min. EFFECT: facilitated manufacturing process. 1 tbl
