FIELD: production of so-called endless layer (Infinite layer) IL-compounds of 1) Sr1-x 2) Mx 3) CuO2 composition (with M = Ca, Na, Pr, Sm), that can find utilization in power industry, computers and measuring instruments, as high-temperature super-conducting material with T 4) Tc≅ 40 K. SUBSTANCE: method provides for calcination of initial charge with following thermobaric treatment. Preliminary initial charge is treated with ultrasonic frequencies in liquid medium. After thermobaric treatment additional calcination is carried out under temperature of 200 - 250 C. Besides, initial charge is treated by ultrasound of 22 - 23 kHz for 15 - 20 minutes. ethyl alcohol is used as liquid medium. EFFECT: method allows to produce high-temperature superconducting material of 5) Sr1-xMxCuO2 composition (with 6) (0 ≅ x ≅ 0,15) ) with share of superconducting phase of 50 - 55 %. 3 cl
