SUBSTANCE: laser includes outer converter of frequency of basic radiation to second harmonic as well as outer unit matching beams of basic radiation and of second harmonic and inner converter of transformation of radiation to third harmonic, dichroic mirrors of laser resonator reflecting on basic frequency and letting radiation pass on third harmonic frequency and on second harmonic frequency.
