FIELD: protection of inside surface of chemical tanks. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains (mass parts): methyl methacrylate 100, polybutyl methacrylate 5-100, polyisocyanate 10-70, initiator of polymerization 0.1-10.0, catalyst of polymerization 0.05-2.00, perchlorovinyl resin 0.1-50.0, divinylbenzene 0.5-15.0, diethanol aminomaleinate 0.01-1.50, amine 0.1-5.0, activated basalt scale 5-400. Composition is prepared by mixing polybutyl methacrylate and perchlorovinyl resin. Thus prepared mixture is dissolved in methylmethacrylate, then amine, diethanol aminomaleinate, divinylbenzene, dimethyl aniline and polyisocyanate are added by mixing. The process is followed by adding activated basalt scale and benzoyl peroxide. Thus prepared composition is applied on sublayer and is hardened within 3-4 h at room temperature, total hardening time being 10 days. Impact strength thus prepared composition is 32.5 kg cm, its hydrolytic strength in boiling water being 480-780 h. EFFECT: increases quality of desired composition. 2 tbl
