FIELD: chemical technology, organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: oxidation is carried out with oxygen-containing gas at flowing regime of catalyst fluidized layer. Process is carried out by limitation of fluidized layer expansion using barrier which is permeable for gas but not for catalyst particles. Layer height H must correspond the range calculated by formula h0< H ≅ 0,3h0• (2+3dcr/d) where h0 - height of deposited catalyst layer; dcr - critical diameter of fire shielding channels; d - diameter of fluidizing particles. Method provides output increase of oxidation equipments by 1.1-1.5-fold due to increased linear rate of gas flowing in reactor. EFFECT: increased output of process, provided explosion-proof. 1 tbl
