FIELD: chemical industry; processing of chloro- organic compounds; production of polyvinyl chloride. SUBSTANCE: proposed reactor includes vertical chamber with unit for introducing products which is made in form of at least one injector and pipe union for introducing catalyst, oxidizer and inert material; reactor is also provided with heat exchanger and cyclones communicated with interior of chamber and with catalyst and air inlet pipe union; cyclones are communicated with interior of chamber by means of reaction product discharge branch pipe and down pipe for return of catalyst to reaction zone; they are provided with ejector0type activators of air and catalyst for pumping them through pipe; injector is provided with unit for protection of jet forming zone. Ejector-type activators are made as forming module including converging tube, mixing chamber and diffuser which is mounted in upper portion of down pipe connected with cyclone and nozzle mounted at inlet of branch pipe which is connected with air and catalyst inlet pipe union located on side of forming module.
