FIELD: power plants; valves. SUBSTANCE: with control medium delivered through union 15, control bellows 14 get compressed and transit effort to rods 12. The latter act through dome 10 with ribs 1 onto shutoff member 5 which moves to open valve passage area. When control medium is delivered through union 16, effort developed by medium pressure in bellows 14 is transmitted in the similar manner to shutoff member 5 to close valve passage area. Dome 10 occupies such a position at which hole in dome places inner space 2 in communication with side branch pipe 17. EFFECT: improved hydraulic characteristics, reduced noise. 2 cl, 2 dwg
