SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium has, %: potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.2-0.4; ammonium sulfate 0.1-0.3; sodium citrate 0.2-0.4; ammonium citrate 0.3-0.5; glutamic acid 0.2-0.4; lactic acid 0.5-1.5; yeast dialysate 5-9; iron sulfate 0.00005-0.00015; magnesium sulfate 0.0025-0.0075; calcium lactate 0.0005-0.0015; glucose 0.3-0.5; potato-glycerol broth 20-30, and water - the rest. The use of proposed nutrient medium ensures to decrease cultivation period of the strain Bac. subtilis N 534 by an average 7 hr, increase maximal content of bacterial cells by an average 2.6-fold and enhance antagonistic activity of bacterial cells due to enhanced antibiotic activity of thereof.
