FIELD: quantum electronics; high-power lasers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed telescopic resonator has set of mirrors. These mirrors are coaxially installed on butt-ends of rectangular active element. Output mirror is assembled of two concave mirrors. Two convex mirrors coaxial to output mirror are disposed at opposite corners of active-element butt-end. Convex mirrors are made in the form of right-angled triangles. Legs of these triangles are aligned with butt-end sides. Legs are M times smaller than butt-end sides, where M is resonator magnification.
EFFECT: reduced angle of solid-section output beam divergence.
