FIELD: electrocoal industry; other industries; production of the active coals.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the active coals and may be used in electrocoal and other industries. The system contains: the batcher of the coal dust with the intermediate bin, the batcher of the binding material with the inlet and outlet branch pipes, the system of control over the feeding of the coal dust and binding material. The binding material batcher is supplied with the rotor made in the form of two parallel vertically mounted disks linked by the radial septums located tangentially to the rotor at the angle of 30-40° to each other and so forming pockets. At that the feeding branch pipe is located horizontally above the shaft of the disks and in parallel to their plane. The outlet branch pipes are made in the form of two funnels separated by the threshold, and the feeding branch pipe is located above the shaft of the disks at the distance equal to 0.2-0.25 of the radius of the disks. The invention ensures the increased productivity of the device and reduction of the amount of the wastage due to improvement of accuracy of the batching.
