FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blasting operations. Granulite preparation line contains a protective structure representing a four-wall room with a roof and a floor divided by partitions into three sections. Partitions extend from one wall to the opposite wall. For the first two adjacent sections in the wall there are inlet closed openings. Third section is divided by transverse partitions into isolated compartments with access to each through a closed separate inlet opening in the wall. In one of the sections there is a tank with oil product, which is interconnected with a hydraulic pump of dosed supply of this product. In the middle section there is a platform for storage of containers with ammonium nitrate, next to which there is a hopper for pouring ammonium nitrate during unloading, which is connected by a screw conveyor with a horizontal belt screw mixer of open type, which is installed on a strain gage balance. In compartments of the third section bins for storage of ammonium nitrate additives are located isolated from each other. Each bin is equipped with a dosing unit with a feeding auger brought out through an opening in the partition into the central section for transfer of the dosed portion of the additive into the bin of a belt auger mixer filled with a mixture of ammonium nitrate with an oil product. One end of the screw conveyor is introduced into the cavity of the mixer. Other end is brought out through the opening in the partition in the outermost section into the zone of bags filling with the prepared mixture of ammonium nitrate, oil product and additives, which is organized on strain gage weights. Strain-gauge balance is electrically connected to the shut-off assembly of the screw conveyor for supplying the mixture when the bag is filled to the specified weight.
EFFECT: higher safety of granulite preparation in field conditions.
