SUBSTANCE: novelty is that superhigh-frequency multiplier built around semiconductor devices is provided with two variable capacitors inserted in input coaxial circuit incorporating parallel-connected variable-length short-circuited stub; one of these capacitors is inserted in series with central conductor and other one, between external and internal conductors at point of connection of variable-length short-circuited stub.

EFFECT: enhanced multiplication factor and facilitated control of device.
