FIELD: radio engineering, possible use for improving electrical parameters of amplifier.
SUBSTANCE: UHF amplifier contains input and output quadrature bridges between outputs and inputs of which channels are connected, each one of which includes an amplifying element with synchronizing circuits at input and output, four filtering circuits, each one of which is made in form of a length of high-ohm, quarter-wave at central frequency of working range, transmission line, one end of which is connected to connection point of quarter-wave at central frequency low-ohm length, and resistor, connected through capacitor to common bus. Also, another end of aforementioned quarter-wave length of high-ohm transmission line is connected to point of connection of appropriate output of amplification element to appropriate synchronization circuit. As amplification elements, UHF transistors may be utilized, one output of each of which is grounded.
EFFECT: increased power output and amplification coefficient due to suppression of parasitic oscillations at frequencies below the range of working frequencies.
