SUBSTANCE: millimetre-wave microwave signal amplifier includes the first regenerative amplifier including microwave resonator with avalanche diode (AD), circulator, as well as the first microwave commutator, the second regenerative amplifier and the third regenerative amplifier, which are similar to the first regenerative amplifier; the second microwave commutator, microwave commutator control device, current stabiliser, switching device, current value adjustment device, W1 waveguide for supply of input signal, W2 waveguide for output signal, plug pin for supply of supply voltage to microwave commutator control device, plug pin for supply of supply voltage to current source, W3 waveguide connector, W4 waveguide connector, W5 waveguide connector, W6 waveguide connector, W7 waveguide connector and W8 waveguide connector.

EFFECT: reduction of dimensions and weight; providing the reliable and stable operation of microwave signal amplifier in eight-millimetre range in wide band of operating frequencies.
