FIELD: instrumentation engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method that can be used in developing float instruments designed to function as sensing elements in navigation, orientation, and stabilization systems of moving objects depends on gyroscopic release of alignment supports. Just prior to starting measurements sensing element is released from impact of supports and aligned with measurement axis due to damping motions of sensing element by means of supporting liquid.
EFFECT: enhanced measurement accuracy.
