FIELD: on-board magnetometric means for detection of submarines, applicable for determination of location of geomagnetic anomalies and sunk ships.

SUBSTANCE: the system has two magnetometers, two filters, three subtraction units and a computer. The output of the first magnetometer is connected via the first filter to the inputs of the first and second subtraction units. The output of the second magnetometer is connected via the second filter to the inputs of the second and third subtraction units. The outputs of the subtraction units are connected to the computer. Besides, the system has an additional magnetometer and a filter. The output of the additional magnetometer is connected via the additional filter to the inputs of the first and third subtraction units.

EFFECT: enhanced precision of determination of the submarine co-ordinates.
