FIELD: petrochemical and rubber industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of manufacturing liquid low-molecular weight rubbers used for producing nonvolatile polymer plasticizers, solid rocket fuel binders, and adhesives. Low molecular weight rubbers are obtained via polymerization of conjugated dienes or copolymerization thereof with each other or with vinyl monomers in bulk at 60-120°C in presence of free-radical initiators and molecular mass regulators as well as in presence of, in amounts of 0.01-5 of the weight of monomers, compounds selected from group consisting of alkyl phosphites, alkyl sulfides, substituted silanes, alkylmercaptanes, aliphatic alcohols or ketones, and organic C2-C6-acids, and further in presence of 0.001-0.5% hydroxybenzenes or amines.
EFFECT: decreased amount of polymer deposits on inner surfaces of equipment and solid inclusions on copolymerizate, and enabled continuality of the process.
