SUBSTANCE: performance is controlled by choice of position of its assemblies and elements. Thus angle transmitter zero is established by moving the radiator without modulator. Accelerometer is filled with working fluid. Zero shift of angle transmitter indicates possibility of further accelerometer control without filling it with working fluid.
