LASER DEVICE FOR DEFINITION OF SURFACE RELIEF COORDINATES FROM MOBILE CARRIER Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC G01S17/00

Abstract SU 1840747 A1

FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: laser device for definition of surface relief coordinates from mobile carrier comprises optical-quantum generator (OQG), serially connected scanner and photodetector, serially connected detector of OQG beam angular position and unit for processing of current local coordinates of surface relief. Device additionally comprises serially connected reference generator, unit for establishment of surface relief zero level. Besides, meter of slant distance gradient, serially connected unit of azimuth reference, unit of coordinates generation and unit of memory, serially connected detector of carrier travel, meter of current carrier coordinates and unit for definition of local coordinates system origin, serially connected detector of angles and unit for definition of OQG beam displacement components. The following components are also introduced: modulator, unit of scanner control, generator of coordinate scale and unit for spatial stabilisation of OQG beam. At that outlet of reference generator is additionally connected to photodetector inlet. Outlet of coordinate scale generator is connected to the other inlet of unit for definition of surface relief zero level and to one of modulator inlets, inlet and outlet of which are connected accordingly to outlet of OQG and to scanner inlet, the other inlet of which is connected to one of outlets of scanner control unit. Outlets of unit for definition of OQG beam displacement components via unit for definition of local coordinate system origin components are connected to other inlets of unit for coordinates generation, and outlets of angles detector are connected to inlets of OQG beam spatial stabilisation.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of surface relief coordinates measurement with expansion of visual field.
