FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of electrode materials for electrochemical hardware operated on the basis of Cu+ -conducting TEL. Pending method is based on solid-phase synthesis of components. Copper telluride and pyrophosphate are used as additive. Composition ingredients are fused in steps with subsequent melt curing. Thereafter, stepwise cooling is performed.
EFFECT: higher intercalation capacity, electrical conductivity and material purity.
