SUBSTANCE: unit relates to the field of experimental aerodynamics and can be used for study of the problems of thermodynamics and chemical kinetics. The unit consists of cylinder, trunk, piston, prechamber and working section. It additionally contains the second prechamber. The first and second prechambers are connected by a throttle with the adjustable flow section area.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of working parameters and possibility of increase of duration of experiment.
