SUBSTANCE: range meter comprises a trigger pulse generator, a transceiver, a matched filter, a detector, a threshold unit, a reflected signal position measuring device, a reflected signal delay meter, a signal zero crossing determining device, a differentiating unit, a signal matrix determinant computer made in a certain manner, a coincidence unit, an electronic timing relay and a commutator switch, wherein all listed components are connected to each other in a suitable manner.

EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring range to two targets, signals of which overlap in time and are not resolved on angular coordinates and velocity.
