SUBSTANCE: invention relates to direction finding means and infrared control devices in active operating mode. The coordinator has in the receiving channel a receiving lens, an optical unit in a holder, a four-element quadrant radiation energy detector and an information processing unit, and in the transmitting channel - a radiation source, an optical unit, a collimator, wherein optical axes of the receiving and transmitting channels are parallel, and the optical unit of the transmitting channel is based on optical fibres and is rigidly mounted in the holder, wherein the holder of the transmitting channel is mechanically connected to the reducing gear of the receiving channel, the optical fibres on the side of the collimator are uniformly laid in a slit and rigidly fastened in said slit, and on the side of the radiation source, the optical fibres are gathered into a bundle, the end part of which is the form of a circle, which is optically matched and interfaced with the exit aperture of the radiation source.
EFFECT: high probability of detecting non-radiating and weakly radiating objects.
