FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to direction finding means and can be used in systems for detecting small targets in the infrared spectrum. In the coordinator - in the lens unit of the optical unit - there is a second slit located on the radius of the lens unit; furthermore, the coordinator additionally comprises a four-channel pulse counting unit, each channel being in the form of an amplifier, a delay line, a multiplexer, the inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the amplifier and the delay line, and two counters, the first inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the multiplexer, and the second inputs to the output of a clock generator, wherein the outputs of the counters of all channels, which are the pulse count outputs, are connected to eight inputs of a coordinate determination unit, the input of the amplifier of each channel of the pulse counting unit is connected to the output of the corresponding sensitive element of a four-element quadrant photodetector, and the input of the delay line of each channel is connected to the output of the corresponding power supply.
EFFECT: determining coordinates of a group of targets.
