SUBSTANCE: invention relates to simulator design and can be used in training passive radar station operators. A passive radar simulator includes a unit for setting the search range for signals at carrier frequency, first and second comparator units and first and second flip-flops. The first and second outputs of the unit for setting the search range for signals at carrier frequency are respectively connected to the first inputs of the first and second comparator units, the second inputs of which are connected to the second output of an amplitude-frequency characteristic former. The output of the first comparator unit is connected to the interconnected second input of a display and first inputs of the first and second flip-flops. The output of a signal amplitude modulation unit is connected to the second input of the first flip-flop. The output of the second comparator unit is connected to the second input of the second flip-flop. Outputs of the first and second flip-flops are respectively connected to the third and fourth inputs of the display.
EFFECT: increased amount of information on parameters of signals from a radiation source on a display screen.
