The simulator comprises a radar signal simulator unit, a frequency response characteristic generator, a pulse burst generator, a beam simulating unit, a bearing signal modulation unit, an amplitude signal modulation unit, a display unit, a long-distance tropospheric wave propagation simulation unit made in a certain manner and a voltage divider unit. The listed components are interconnected in a suitable manner.
EFFECT: high reliability of simulating a signal with long-distance tropospheric propagation fluctuations.
