SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to training technical facilities and can be used for training of operators of radar systems (RS). The device for simulation of spatial position of targets on the indicator screen contains the generator of impulses - range marks with one output, AND gate with two inputs and one output, the counter of impulses - range marks with one input and two outputs, the antenna simulation and azimuth sweep shaping unit with two outputs, the indicator with three inputs, the range sweep shaper with one input and output, the synchronizer unit with one input and output, the azimuth detection counter with one input and output, the gate with two inputs and one output, the unit of simulation of current coordinates of observed objects with three inputs and one output, the input power evaluating and analyzing unit (IPEAU) for acceptance by active RS of echo signals with two inputs and one output. IPEAU for acceptance by active RS of echo signals contains the decoder, the memory unit, four multipliers, five constant registers, two input registers, two OR gates, two AND gates, the divider, the comparison circuit, the random number generator, the adder.

EFFECT: the invention allows to improve accuracy of simulation of echo signals received by RS during observation of objects.
