SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operator training devices for simulating the spatial position of targets on a display screen. The device further includes, connected in series, an interference and blanking pulse setting unit (IBPSU), a decoder, an interference generating unit, an AND element unit and a flip-flop unit, wherein the second output of the IBPSU is simultaneously connected to the second input of the interference generating unit and the first input of the flip-flop unit, the second and third outputs of the decoder are connected to the third and fourth inputs of the interference generating unit and the second and third inputs of the AND element unit, the fourth input of which is connected to the first output of the decoder, the fourth, fifth and sixth outputs of the decoder are connected to the second, third and fourth inputs of the flip-flop unit, the first, second and third outputs of which are connected to the fifth, sixth and seventh inputs of the AND element unit, the first and second outputs of range maker pulse counter are connected to the fifth and sixth inputs of the interference generating unit, the first output of an antenna simulation unit and an azimuth sweep generating unit are connected to the seventh input of the interference generating unit, the second, third and fourth inputs of a matching unit are connected to the first, second and third outputs of the AND element unit.
