FIELD: radio engineering; measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for automated counting of large-aperture active phased arrays (PAA) parameters using ampli-phase measuring method under conditions of manufacturing plant. Summary: device contains active PAA (1), formed by N×M sub-arrays (2), providing for conversion of SHF signal to intermediate frequency. Poly-horn emitter (23) is located in four corners of PAA (1) edge. In parallel to PAA (1) opening in near radiation zone there is planar scanner (6), mechanically linked to coordinate drive (7), providing for displacement of scanner (6) vertical carriage (8) with first and second measuring probes (9, 11). Second measuring probe (11) opening is turned relative to first probe (9) by 180°, wherein measuring probes (9, 11) polarisation planes are mutually orthogonal. First and second measuring probes (9, 11) are connected to signal transmission line (10). Further, device also includes beam control system (3), sub-arrays switch (4), generator-heterodyne equipment (5), sensor of current coordinates of probe (12), bitwise comparison circuit (13), matrix markup code generator (14), amplitude-phase distribution recorder of (15), reference horn (16), analogue switch (17), PAA sub-arrays receiving-converting module (18), microwave switch (19), microwave commutator (20), pulses counter (N×M+1) (21), current sub-array number counter (22), industrial frequency signal amplitude and phase measuring device (24). Reference horn (16), which polarisation plane is parallel to polarisation plane of second measuring probe (11) is arranged in mirror symmetry at equal distance from PAA (1) aperture. At that, PAA (1) and reference horn (16) electrical and optical axes are aligned in space and lie on one straight line.
EFFECT: increase in accuracy and faster measurement.
