FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for automatic evaluation of defectiveness of articles from explosives, made in form of hemispheres with a spherical recess. Device consists of an industrial x-ray apparatus, a drive mechanism for turning article and a radiator with a receiver, a pneumatic servo drive for lifting and lowering article, automation elements. Device is equipped with a frame, rotating around a horizontal axis passing through geometric centre of article with fixed on its opposite sides an x-ray source and a receiver. Frame is kinematically rigidly coupled to table for installation of test article, rotating around a vertical axis, also passing through geometric centre of article.
EFFECT: reliability and accuracy of control.
