FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vibrating feeder intended for use in weight bins for batch or continuous action for proportioning finely dispersed explosive loose materials, for example, ammonium perchlorate with particle size less than 50 mcm. Feeder consists of installed on elastic shock-absorbers loading hopper, an electromagnetic vibrator and transport tray. Transport tray is made in form of a chute, partitioned vertically into separate sections with windows for entry of product and a comb overlapping said windows for establishing height of batched product. Comb distributes common stream of material into each section into separate equal streams, layer height of which is selected to ensure their optimal gas permeability.
EFFECT: feeder increases efficiency and stability of batching.
