FIELD: physics, measurements.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of loose materials batching and may be used in chemical, food, microbiological and other industries. Method includes generation of separate portions ΔP of batched loose material, supply of these portions through time intervals ΔT into device for transformation of portions into continuous flow as a result of material shift from loading unit to unloading one on vibrating tray. Moreover, according to invention, formed portions of batched material are weighed, and by results of weighing, and also with account of information on required efficiency, time interval ΔT is defined, through which prepared portion of batched material is supplied.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of continuous batching with increase of weight range of operation, both to the side of required efficiency increase or decrease.
