FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to applied physics and can be used for measurement of rapidly changing angular velocities and displacements by means of annular quantum generators. Said result is achieved by changing perimeter of resonator and ratio of q-factors of ring laser by a value which is a multiple of half of radiated wavelength, with subsequent determination of difference frequencies from non-reciprocal element and angular rotation for each of orthogonally polarised waves.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of detecting angular values.
