FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: device has frames with flanges, flexible coupling member with inner slot and opening mechanism connecting the ends of flexible member. Coupling member is made in form of rigid half-rings with profiled beads and heads which are clamped on one side by guide mechanism made in form of interconnected links resting on shear formed on flanges and provided with ribs bevelled on side of heads on one side; on other side, links are engageable with members of pushers of pushing- apart mechanism over inner surface and ends of beads. Pushing-apart mechanism is made in form of cruciform chamber located in one of frames. Located in this chamber are rods of pushers and drive provided with striker rigidly connected with spring-loaded piston holding the rods. Flanges are provided with cutouts to receive the pusher members. Ends of rods are bevelled on side of striker. EFFECT: improved operational characteristics.
