FIELD: microwave antenna equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has bent dipoles which are located in orthogonal planes over metal screen. One arm of each dipole is connected to screen. Another one to power supply. Dipoles are fed with quarter-wave phase shift. Goal of invention is achieved by serial insertion of short-circuit by-passes to arm of each dipole. They are spaced from ends of dipole arms by quarter of total length of dipole. Dipole length is not greater than 0.75 of average wavelength in operating bandwidth. Length of each short-circuit by-pass is not less than 0.3 of average wavelength. EFFECT: beam pattern is near- isotropic in upper half-space.
