FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed omniaerial represents rectangular frame with perimeter of 1.5λ with short-circuited loops arranged at frame apices. Said frame is arranged on 0.8λ-dia conducting disk by means of two short-circuited loops with length making 0.18λ and 0.25λ. Frame top angles comprise wire triangular structures connecting frame horizontal and vertical sides. Antenna is fed via coaxial connector assembly with its center connected to one of said short-circuited loops at point located 0.1λ from frame vertical side.
EFFECT: higher gain, omnidirectional beam pattern.
