FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has guide pipe 1 with handle 2, mandrin 3 mounted in the handle. The device furthermore is provided with slide 4, mount 5, two probes 6, two levers 7, lead screw 8, slide 4 being mounted on pipe 1 and mount 5 being fixed to pipe 1 and connected to slide 4 through lead screw 8. End 9 of the lead screw is located on mount 5. Probes 6 are disposed in one plane symmetrically to the axis of pipe 1 and pivotally coupled in middle portions 10 with mount 5 their fixture ends 11 are coupled to first ends 12 of levers 7, other ends 13 of levers 7 being pivotally coupled with slide 4. Working ends 4 of pipe 1 are made in the form of face milling cutter 15, working ends of mandrin 3 are made sharpened and working ends of probes 6 are bevelled. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 6 dwg
