SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedy and can be used for treatment of fractures of a tibial bone. For elimination of varus shift - to the inside from proximal and to the outside from distal spokes. For elimination of antecurvation or recurvations in a distal fragment two rejecting not through spokes in a face-to-face plane from within the outside spend, and a nail is spent at antecurvation to front from proximal and behind from distal spokes, and at a recurvation - to the behind from proximal and to front from distal.
