FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing alloying composition of Al and Na by ultrasonic treatment of aluminium melt and mixing sodium into developed cavitation zone; crystallizing alloying composition at the rate of 1-2 C/s. Produced alloying composition is injected into aluminium melt then the ingot is glazed by continuous casting method at the cooling rate of 10-20 C/s with concurrent ultrasonic treatment of liquid bath of ingot under the conditions of developed cavitation and at an intensity over 10 W/sq. cm.
