Stack of plates 4 is mounted in housing. Plates have central and peripheral holes. Beads of plates form passages 5 and 6 for supply of heat-exchange media. Outlet of passage 3 is connected with passages 6 by means of branch pipe 7. Nozzle 8 is mounted on housing outside. Nozzle is directed tangentially relative to plates 4. Inlet of passage 3 is connected with branch pipe 9. Outlet of passages 6 is connected with pipe 10. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 dwg
