FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hopper mounted on housing, primary orientation mechanism in the form of tubular grip connected by part guide with secondary orientation mechanism made in the form of groove accommodating slide. One end of groove is provided with feed channel associated with part guide and at bottom of other end of groove there is outlet channel. Made in one of groove walls in its middle part is side discharge opening with outlet channel. Groove bottom and its side walls are inclined towards discharge hole. Side portion of slide facing discharge hole is provided with intake recess. Slide drive is made as cam associated with drive by means of spring-loaded pusher. Profiled working surface of cam has sections corresponding to points, in which slide is to stop, when its intake recess is positioned opposite to feed and outlet channels and side discharge opening.
