FIELD: storage battery charging systems. SUBSTANCE: regulator having temperature sensor 1, comparator 8, and transistor 9 is provided in addition with series-connected resistor 12 and voltage regulator diode 13 which is connected in parallel with circuit of three series-connected resistors 14-16; top and bottom leads of intermediate resistor are connected, respectively, to anode of first diode 17 and cathode of second diode 18; second leads of diodes are connected to first input of comparator 8. EFFECT: provision for optimum voltage across storage cell within comprehensive temperature range, improved service life and reliability of other electrical equipment of automobile due to elimination of too high or too low voltage in supply mains under extreme temperature conditions. 1 dwg
