FIELD: battery charging from variable- speed generators primarily used for motor cars. SUBSTANCE: voltage regulator has current sensor 1 whose input and first output are connected to positive power bus and to terminal XT for connecting lighting fixtures; its second output is connected to first input of reference voltage generator 2 whose second input is connected to battery electrolyte temperature gage 3; output of reference voltage regulator 2 is connected to non-inverting input of comparator 5; voltage divider 4 is inserted between power buses and its center tap is connected to inverting input of comparator 5 whose output is connected to input of switching amplifier 6; output of the latter is connected through generator field coil 7 to common power bus. Vehicle supply voltage depends not only on temperature of battery electrolyte but also on type of devices (mainly lighting fixtures) inserted in power circuit whose service life greatly depends on supply voltage fluctuations. EFFECT: improved reliability of supply voltage regulation. 2 cl, 3 dwg
