FIELD: experimental medicine. SUBSTANCE: flat flap is cut from the removed part of stomach over the smaller curvature and demucosed; then empty intestine is sectioned, anastomized with the stomach along the smaller curvature by the "end-to-end method and a muscular cuff is formed around this anastomosis. The stomach stump is sutured to the created muscular cuff and to the loop of empty intestine. EFFECT: preventing reflux of intestine content into empty intestine and restoring the reservoir function of stomach by application of upper Y-shaped gastroenteroanastomosis of the "end-to-end" type, featuring valvular properties.
