FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying oblique transverse stomach intersection. Duodenal stump is sutured. Gastrojejunal end-to-side anastomosis is created with intestinal and gastric wall exfoliation and cutting out flaps for putting-in dislocated sutures. Transverse thin wedge-like area is cut out from jejunum wall. Mucosa is removed around the wound. Tube is formed from mucosubmucous layers of the stomach stump near the greater curvature. Seromuscular layers are transected upwards with wedge-like stump border formed. Tube end is attached to intestinal mucous membrane edges. The gastric stump edges are sutured into the posterior and anterior angles of the transverse intestine wound. The lesser curvature of the stomach is fixed with sutures to superior parts of the gastrohepatic ligament. The gastrojejunal anastomosis is moved under the liver. Anterior wall of the omental bursa is repaired with gastrohepatic ligament and flap taken from the greater omentum. Intestine-to- intestine anastomosis is created. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoring normal topographic and anatomical relations of the operated stomach. 1 dwg
