FIELD: filtration and purification of liquids. SUBSTANCE: filter has a shell provided with lids and a filtering member. A flexible jacket is arranged in a space relation around the filter member. The filter also has a filtrate inlet and outlet pipes and a waste pipe having the form of a throttle. Electrodes are positioned inside the filtering member so as to make an operation distance between them. The electrodes are connected in series to a power supply means through an additional distance which is defined by electrodes disposed on the filtering member and the flexible jacket. EFFECT: intensified filtration and purification processes.
