FIELD: processing of ore and nonmetallic mineral resources, foliage plants, production waste, especially of those containing elastoplastic components. SUBSTANCE: the disintegrator has cylindrical grinding chamber 1, drive disk 2 eccentrically installed relative to driven disk 3, which is aligned with the grinding chamber. Grinding members 8 and 9 on the drive (2) and driven (3) disks make up a gearing, whose interaxis equals eccentricity between the axes of the drive and driven disks. Disks 2 and 3 are installed on shafts mounted on supports in covers 4 and 5. Opening 6 for loading of material is located in the upper part of the grinding chamber, and an opening for discharge of material is located opposite opening 6 in the lower part of the chamber in the conjugate point of the grinding members, diaphragm 7 with a hole, whose width equals the width of the grinding members in the middle of their height is installed in the opening for discharge of materials. The diaphragm surface facing the grinding members is curvilinear with a radius of curvature equal to the radius of the grinding chamber. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
