FIELD: leather shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: upon performing manufacturing process for producing microporous material with maintaining its wear-resistance properties the mass of material, being treated, is being saturated by other matters, such as neutral gas, CO2, helium and so on. The method comprises steps of feeding a gas into a flow of the agent through apertural branch pipes, inserted to the chamber 1 by a angle relative to the agent flow. The branch pipes are being of resilient yielding material such as thin-wall brass, narrowing a cross section of mixture flow, then enlarging it and temporarily braking the flow before a membrane, having a large number of openings. The string 6, connected with an oscillation irradiator and with dead ends of the branch pipes, is rigidly joined with the membrane, for example by solder, and passes through the center of the membrane. The string is provided by needles, allowing to transmit to three mutually normal directions along hunting paths of the needles the acoustic oscillations onto mass flow in order to sustain dispersed state and homogeneity of the gas distribution in the mass of the material.
