FIELD: fiber material molding. SUBSTANCE: each assembly of device has revolving intake drum, toothed rollers driven by geared motor, and changeable system of thread guide channels provided with cooler, all mounted in tandem. Molding device abuts part of each thread-guide channel through heat-insulating spacer and at point where thread-guide channel leaves molding device there are slot-nozzle assembly for feeding blowing agent and high-voltage counter-electrode with intake conveyer inbetween. Surface of the latter is covered with flat or shaped conducting or nonconducting substrate. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
